Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Gate Smash: Cursed Castle for Meta Quest handles information.

Gameplay and device data

The game uses headset and controller tracking and controller input to run the VR experience. This information is processed during play on the device. Basra Techs does not receive or store raw tracking data, room scans, camera images, or microphone recordings through the game.

Information saved on your headset

The game saves high scores, game progress, in-game coins and items, selected difficulty, tutorial status, sound volume, and haptics preferences locally on your headset. This information lets you keep your progress and settings between sessions. Basra Techs does not operate a server for these local records.

Meta leaderboards

When Meta platform services are available, the game checks your Meta app entitlement and sends your best score for each difficulty to Meta's leaderboard service. It retrieves leaderboard ranks, scores, and Meta display names to show the top players and your own position in the game. Other players may see your Meta display name and score on these leaderboards. Meta manages leaderboard data under its own terms and privacy policies. The game does not send raw tracking data with leaderboard scores.

Advertising and analytics

The game does not contain ads or a developer-operated analytics service. Basra Techs does not sell player information to advertisers or data brokers. Meta may separately process platform, Store, installation, and service information under Meta's policies.

Retention and deletion

Local game data remains on your headset until you clear the app's data or uninstall the game. Online leaderboard entries are maintained by Meta. If you want help with a Gate Smash leaderboard entry, contact us through the support page. Please do not post passwords or other sensitive information in a public support request.

Children

The game is not directed to children under 13. Basra Techs does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the game.

If the game's data practices change, we will update this page and its effective date. For privacy questions, use the support page.
